RETURN / REFUNDS POLICY



All sales are final and no refund will be issued or no exchanges allowed unless: You are eligible for an exchange, returns or refund:

Please confirm that you are receiving a properly packed product and it is not tampered. Accepting a tampered seal or damaged packing will be disqualifying you from all kinds of replacements automatically for any claims of physical damage, defects in products or incorrect product, or missing parts of product. You should register a complaint for return, refund or exchange within 5 days from product delivery through our customer care number or website. The product should be unused, and the packaging label should be kept with.

You are eligible for exchange the product when: You want another design, size, or specification of the same product or you received a defective or incorrect product. ( incase you are selecting an item lower in price than the order value, we will not adjust or payback the difference.)

​ You are eligible for return when: The product delivered to you with a manufacturing defect. (We will hold the responsibility to return the order to our premises. Your order value should be refunded to your given bank account within 7 days)

CANCELLATION POLICY



​ The order could be cancelled at your choice. The sum of order amount should be refunded to you upon approval of your cancellation. the change or cancellation must be before the order being shipped.
